Items

You agree and understand that items offered on JoomlaDeck are not designed, produced, developed or sold by JoomlaDeck directly. JoomlaDeck gives 3rd Parties (“Vendors”) the possibility to offer and sell there items on this website. JoomlaDeck did not provide support for any specific item and is not responsible for the items content. We test and check any item before it it is published on JoomlaDeck, but we can´t gurantee that it works like discribed. Thats the vendors job.


Item delivery

All items will be delivered by email to the mail address given to use during the checkout process.

JoomlaDeck is not responsible for any technological delays beyond our control. If your spam blocker blocks our emails from reaching you or you do not provide a valid email address where you can be reachable then you can access your download from the Purchases page.


Payments and Security

joomladeck does not process any order payments through the website. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, a third party online payment provider. Feel free to contact us about our security policies.


Refunds

You can inspect an item for 24hrs and ask for a refund if the item did not work or did not work like described by the its Vendor. Please contact the Vendor first. If that did not clear things up send us an email.
